Went to the Rangers home opener this afternoon, and after this game I have this to say:
The Rangers stink!!!
Why do they give me hope and then yank it out from under me?
We win 2 out of 3 against the Angels and then come home and lose a boring 8-1 game?
We stink !!!

Pretty much the same story for all but about 8 teams in the majors that can spend a fortune.
The only hope the other teams have is a strong farm system...assuming they win a title before they all leave in free agency.
The sad thing is teams are strating to trade guys ecause they can't afford to pay their potential arbitration awards.
Until the big spenders let everyone else bring some sanity to the game, it will continue. Amazing they can't see the success story that is the NFL and see what a level playing field does for you.
